3 RULES FOR CARE FOR VINYL FLOORS AND COVERS RUVITEX 3D DÉCOR
Cleaning of vinyl floors after repair
When assembling furniture on the vinyl floor, it must be covered with corrugated cardboard to avoid damaging the surface. For spot loads, it is recommended that the furniture be moved and not dragged on the floor. Even if scratches appear on the surface of the vinyl flooring, the defects do not destroy the structure of the flooring, they remain only an external defect, which does not affect the characteristics and does not interfere with the use of the product.
Regular cleaning of the 3D flooring of Ruvitex 3D Décor
A professional care product for vinyl or stone-polymer tiles, plus high-quality mop is all that is needed to maintain daily floor cleanliness. In order to increase efficiency, it is recommended that you wash the floors according to the embossed pattern. The frequency of cleaning depends on the workload – from 1 time a day to 1 time a week. Any flooring product can be used, the only condition is that it is not abrasive.
Seasonal cleaning of PVC flooring
Seasonal care depends on the intensity of use of the room and includes not only cleaning but also repairing vinyl floors. If damaged fragments need to be replaced, then this is perfectly possible. After replacing the damaged fragments and completely drying the adhesive (48 hours), the PVC flooring must be thoroughly washed, removing any dirt and debris from the old protective coating. Restoration is not a prerequisite for the operation of vinyl coatings! The procedure is only applicable if there is a visible defect.
